I finally found a reasonably priced Hinoarashi. I have completed the Neo starters set premium file and set cards with the DWS label. Will continue to look for others like the Pichu to add.

I bought this for both the double white star and the fact that it had a plastic sleeve on the inside. Was this era sleeved for a short period of time?
