Is it still sealed in a plastic wrapper? Cant quite tell from the photo.
So the box contains 60 cards relating to the water blast jungle deck. They are normal cards, the only thing that is different is the box is not the standard printed box. It hasnt been determined why its a different box, original theories were that they were given out as promotional decks before the official release or as demonstration decks at a couple marketing events, onviously not since theyve been popping up in starter giftboxes. Anyways, it technically is worth what a normal deck is worth which at minimum is $100usd. Due to the packaging, it can be worth double to triple that for some collectors (like myself). That is inline with what a Power reserve deck with this style of box sold for earlier this year.
The real value of the giftbox is the pack included if it is still sealed, about $250-300 for an unlimited jungle pack. The 2 player starter deck is sealed is about $200 on average.
If the Waterblast deck is still sealed, Id be interested in it for my deck collection so please message me if you are looking to sell it.
