Probstein123 auctions is re-selling cards I won and paid for

Imagine being the poor dude who is having these cards sold by probstein, you see a $500 sale but only get $90

When it happens multiple times, one has to question whether something more is going on.

In the first sentence it says intentional. You’d have the burden of proof that the act was intentional. Not saying probstein committed fraud. I believe he said in messages it was a mistake, but just saying fraud is a little bit of a reach.

Probstein123 received that package on January 18, and was contacted about it last week. If this was just a mistake, they would of reshipped the next day. A week later, still nothing.

In the legal world, one week is absolutely meaningless and not nearly enough to prove intentional fraud.

Well aint you cute

Hopefully this has a good ending

I was under the impression eBay can remove malicious feedback?

Sometimes, but not always. And it may not be malicious, someone may leave a negative because you didn’t ship in -3 days and include a hand written thank you note.

You’ve got a little too much faith in eBay, which leads me to believe you’ve never had to speak to their customer service before lol
