Has anybody else noticed the rapid price increase in 1996 Japanese Base Set Charizard (just regular, not no-rarity)? Currently a PSA 9 is auctioning for $2207 and it’s not ever over yet. These were going for $300 a year ago. The lowest PSA 10 listed is for $15K with a boatload of watchers. What’s up with this? Is this THE bubble? Prophetic sign of some Pokemon apocalypse? Interested in perspectives from peeps who are way more experienced / smarter than me, ideally before that tcg guy moves this to the general market thread … quick people, quick!
What is the point of posting a thread purely designed to go against the rules? You clearly know where the correct place to post this is, yet you insist on breaking the rules for the sole purpose of antagonizing me specifically.
Other forums would immediately ban you for doing this, and they would certainly be justified.
