Price of 1st Edition Charizard PSA 7... no recent sales data

Hey there folks, I’ve been thinking about letting go my Red Cheeks Pikachu 1st PSA 10 to fund that big zard boy, but there are no recent sales data around. Any private sales info?

There’s one on PWCC now at over $10K with 9 days to go. I’d say easily $15K+, but it’s hard to say in this crazy bull market.

8’s are over $30k now, so 7 shouldn’t be too far under. I think $20k+ is a very strong possibility.
