Was wondering if there was a price guide book for Pokemon , like the over street price guide for comics I know beckett do there online price guide but doesn’t have prices for psa grades
eBay completed listings are your best bet. Even that has flaws in that many cards are so scarce or thinly traded that you won’t find results in the past 90 days. You really need to just have a feel set by set and know what the key cards are (lowest pop or most desirable, a mix of both) and how to price accordingly.
Making and printing a price guide for Pokemon cards I find comparable to something like printing a guide book for Pokemon GO (this actually exists). It changes too much that by the time one could be put out, it would be inaccurate enough to make it useless.
There’s a decent book out there called, “Pojo’s unofficial Big Book of Pokemon - 20th Anniversary Special Edition”. It’s the closest thing you’ll find. I had a another collector message me regarding PSA cards pictured that are in my collection - kind of cool right? Oddly enough, I received it as a Christmas gift this year. The book isn’t bad as far a pictures and items that are relevant today in the collecting world. It’s a solid effort to say the least.
I agree with @gottaketchumall in regards to pricing. eBay is your best bet. The book does provide pricing data & it’s already old data. Still a great coffee table read.
