Hey there guys and girls 
I was looking up some prices on the 2 cards mentioned in the title and i dont know what to think of these cards.
First of all the PSA 10 flareon from ex sandstorm has such a low pop (19 PSA10ās), why is this the case? did people not care about the cards then? Does it increase the value? so iād like your professional oppinion
Then secondly, the PSA 10 charmeleon from the state championship 2003 wich also has a low pop (90 PSA 10). there are barely any sales on the market so i dont really have any idea of its value.
