Price Check PSA Miscut (MC) Shadowless Base Holo

Hey everyone!

I’d like to start by stating that I know miscut cards aren’t every body’s cup of tea. It is also my opinion that the (MC) grade is fairly rare as it is not often awarded by PSA.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the fair market value on these (MC) cards is. Specifically, I have this PSA graded (MC) shadowless base Raichu, and with the recent changes in the market I was wondering what it’s worth. I was checking the population report and there are only 2 shadowless Raichus that have been graded with a qualifier grade, but it does not tell us what the qualifier was so who knows if the other one was (MC) or something else.

The card I have also has the factory print dot in the top left corner, this was put there so the machine knew where to cut the cards. It is not clear in the photos provided but the print dot consists of a holographic circle with another black circle inside of it.

Please tell me what you think about the card or what it may be worth, any and all information is helpful.

I think this is one of those where it really is what someone is willing to pay. It obviously is worth at least as much as a normally centered one but past that it’s hard to say since it is so unique. Did you see if there were any other MC shadowless bass cards that have sold?

I’m not aware of any other sales which makes this hard. But yes, I agree its only going to be worth what someone is willing to pay.

Test the market. It’s niche. If it was a psa 7 or higher MC it would get a higher demand but many are not willing to pay for a psa 5 card. There are MC and OC collectors out there but this card should not go on auction. It will sell too low.
