I’ve found my lot of Tomy figures from my younger years and am having trouble placing the value on some of the figures. Hoping someone here has an idea of valuation besides sold listings as there’s 159 gen 1 pokemon figures (including character figures) and 25 gen 2 pokemon figures in total.
Having trouble placing if the miscolored Charizard and Mewtwo figures are even authentic as well.

I can help you with prices over the weekend. Most of the Gen 1 figures are $5-8, but there are plenty that go a bit higher and you have some decent ones.
The Mewtwo and Charizard are alternate metallic colors from special box sets. I have never seen the Togepi or Pikachu other than this image so can’t say for sure if they ever got made. I have the Charizard and have seen it several times, but this is the first picture I’ve seen of the mewtwo. (Mind you i haven’t exactly been looking for it)
@thatpikachuguy Awesome - thank you for sharing that image as well! I don’t want to tie your time up as well - is there a better source than ebay sold listings? If you have any pictures of your collection of them I’d love to see it.
Honestly Ebay sold is the best way to track them in my opinion. I’ve been meaning to price mine out as I build a spreadsheet for all my collectibles so this will just give me an excuse to work on that. I’m not sure exactly when but I’ll share my price list with you when it’s done. If you’re looking to sell quickly I can tell you without looking up values which ones are worth researching for current value.

I dont have any prices but I did want to say that thats an awesome collection of tomy figures and brings back crazy nostalgia. Didnt know they had alternate versions for a couple of them nor that they made so many since I usually just got my favorites.
@thatpikachuguy What a sweet display for them as well - loved seeing the ones I was missing from my set in your collection too, especially Haunter. Definitely my favorite when I was a kid. Thanks for sharing!

If you use Instagram, you should contact @queen_of_tomys and see what she could tell you. She has a very thorough collection and is probably the most knowledgeable person on Tomy figures from what I’ve seen.
Also, I know that earlier this year I sold the translucent Gengar (top right) of your picture for roughly $40 CAD on ebay.
@maddmoves here’s a working list. Some of them had few or no recent comps so I had to do a little guesstimating. But I have 10 years experience with these so I’m fairly comfortable with the pricing.
