the 2015 japanese xy promo cards pretend magikarp and pretend gyarados are two cards i would love to own in psa 10. i have an opportunity to buy both in a 10 for around £1900. my question is do you think these prices will hold or are these cards something that when the hype dyes down more will come back down to lower price? i dont want spend so much on these now if i could be buying other cards i like and wait for prices to slowly drop or do you think they will continue to climb in the next say 6-18 months ? i did check ebays sold history and seems they did go up slightly from January and understand we cant guarantee anything but i thought i would come ask the more experienced collators for your opinion. thanks =]
