Seems to be a method of gearing away from mob frenzies over normal promos. What do you think? Will you collect?
“Different Pokémon are handed out each day, but on the day of the preview, they were Pikachu and Psyduck.”
“By finding the Pokémon card (in this case, Pikachu) in the park and taking a photo of it in the frame, you can take home a commemorative photo of your own Pokémon card and the photo prop itself as a souvenir.”
This is actually an amazing idea and so cool, specially with family and kids. Some of the example pictures look so well shot. Thanks for sharing this info.
Also, for anyone else curious about the inside of the park itself, this video popped up in my YT suggestions just yet. (She doesn’t mention anything about these cards / stickers, though. )
These are indeed the ones I’ve seen available for sale on Mercari and alike thus far. I’m pretty sure a new pair is used every week or so in the Kanto PokéPark, so we’ll likely see a Fighting-Type and Steel-Type eventually.
I’ll try to post the new ones ever few weeks as I’ve done above, so this thread will have an overview of all of them.
EDIT April 3rd: I think those ten are it (for now). I’ve ordered all of them, so will post some pictures of the entire set when everything has arrived.
Ngl, I had way too much fun trying to come up with something silly for each Pokémon frame (even more so when I realized four out of ten were cat-Pokémon).. Oh, and here are the ten sticker sheets as well of course:
Lmao that Luxray! Very creative. This looks like a fun way to actually post with just the frames. You can really get very creative with how you want to frame stuff. Your idea with just household items and the tiger sheet is pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.
