Need some help ID'ing cards and products featuring Wobbuffet

Recently I started collecting cards and products that feature Wobbuffet for fun. I am aware of the list of all Wobbuffet cards (Link and also the fact that there was a Japan-exclusive Wobbuffet product and plush line made in 2019 (Link).

I would be curious if anyone knows any cards where Wobbuffet is featured in the art but is not the main subject, or if there’s any other Wobbuffet products you think are cool. Thanks for the help!

Here some cards with a Wobbuffet in the artwork that I’m aware of:

As for other Wobuffet products:

TFG (Trading Figure Game) figures are always recommended, although Wobbuffet was in the Groundbreakers set, which is the rarest by far of the three sets, so gonna be a pain to find unfortunately:

And I currently have a Seviper figure incoming that featured Wobuffet and Meowth as well. Quality is less than TFG figures, but I still like it. Not exactly sure what brand these are from, but they aren’t too hard to find on YJ/Mercari (although it’s usually advertised overpriced…).

Thanks so much! I had to really squint to see Wobbuffet on the Switch card lol! You have sharp eyes. I had never heard of the trading figures game but now am reading up on it, it’s really interesting.

I also found some cute stretching Wobbuffet figures here:

That stretching Wobbuffet figure it pretty nice as well. Although it doesn’t look that different from his usual pose.

And yeah, the Switch is indeed pretty small. The one on the Pikachu Jumbo is probably even harder to see, and I’m still not 100% sure whether it’s indeed a Wobbuffet. Looking at it again, it might be Mudkip figures instead…

As for the TFG, I can recommend watching HamsterBomb’s video series on YouTube, which contains a lot of information about them:

There are some nice non-tcg cards featuring Wobbuffet. Of the ones in my collection that I found, they all have him as the main focus besides the Weekly one where he is with Jessie and the Pikachu vs Wobbuffet one.

He’s also featured in my favorite Bandai Kids set a few times.

I found him in one of my train pass items too!

And if you’re looking for figures, he’s #203 in the Bandai Kids set.

@pichufan Are you aware of this card featuring Pichu?

Oh nice, I see a tiny Seviper in that artwork. What is this called / how can I search for it for my non-TCG Seviper collection?

Wow thanks these are really cool! Haha I like the card where he’s getting hit by hyper beam and countering it, poor Wobbuffet  . What kind of cards are these? Are they rare?

The train pass is interesting too, were those distributed on a specific train line in Japan or something?

Good eye! I hadn’t seen it before. I love this image because it’s like a Where’s Waldo of Pokémon. From the listings I found it seems to be a passnet to commemorate the opening of Tsukuba Express. I found it using this search term ポケモン パスネット

That card is from the Top Seika 3D set, I wouldn’t say they are super rare, but they don’t pop up too often. There was a seller on YA! that had been selling lots every week or two, but they haven’t listed any more from this set in a month or two, so he might be out. Here’s the seller in case he ever lists any again.

They also sometimes pop up under the ポケモン 3Dカード search term. If you ever get one, make sure to get 3D glasses because they look awesome with the glasses.

As for the train pass, check the post where I responded to Quaador. Seems like it was given to commemorate the grand opening of Tsukuba Express. I added the search term I used to find them too

Awesome, thanks for the search term! I bought the first one I saw, which was the card inside the unused pamphlet for just 15 bucks. I still had a bunch of stuff in my Buyee warehouse anyway, so I can combine shipping to my place after everything has arrived at Buyee.

I’ve not seen that before. It looks like a sticker of some sort. I don’t remember seeing cards resembling these before, I like them.

The fig is a Zukan! They’re 1/40 scale Gatcha figs that usually feature evolutionary lines. There’s also a Wobuffet/Wynaut one.

As Quuador noted, they’re a bit pricey for their size (less popular Pokemon usually start around ~1500 y and the width of the base for the one I have is smaller than the shorter side of a regular Pokemon card) and for older ones especially it might be hard to find the figure with the base.
Edit:
There’s also this Re-ment Terrarium figure I forgot about, which is bigger than the above and around the same price. Somewhat generic pose unfortunately.

Wow these are cool too thanks! It always blows my mind how big the universe of Pokemon collectibles is. Even for less popular mons like Wobbuffet there’s so much stuff! And I like the terrarium a lot actually, quite a unique design. I’ll try to see which they have for other Pokemon.
