Coincidentally enough I only remember having a 15-20 cm Gengar as a kid once, just like @ankoko . And maybe a tiny Pikachu finger plushy once…
I do have some small Pokémon plastic puppets (that I got as a gift with an order once and still have to sell / give away 
).
And I of course have some Pokémon twisty puzzles for my twisty puzzle collection:
They aren’t as soft as the plushies, though.

I’ve picked up some plushes here and there. I mainly focused on trying to complete the Pokeball plushes. Im still missing a few though. Eeveelutions are really the only other plushes I spring for. But I do have some misc ones here and there. >_<

Here is one of my friends Pokemon plush collections in Norway, she has some of the rarest jumbo Entei, lugia, Magikarp and Lapras dolls. Plus many other rare variations.

To be honest, it is so rare and difficult to find some of these… even in yahoo auctions, or living in Japan as a collector here.

Always loved those Entei plushes. I hope they do some sort of re-release of them. I’ve got that lapras and love it!

Someday I need to make a video of all of my pokemon plush. At last counting (2011 I think) my collection was over 400. But the giant lapras and 3 beasts (entei, suicune, raikou) always alluded me. I do have a 56 inch tall pikachu plush and a 53 inch piplup plush.
