My guess would be either Kanghaskan or Komala. But it may also just be a Pikachu.
I hope they wouldn’t reuse Pikachu again. I like the idea of having 9 different ones for a binder page over a 20 year span
Watch it be something completely random like Castform. I wouldn’t mind a Special Delivery Mantine as a tribute.

I’m not sure that there will be a special delivery promo. But if there is, I hope that they choose Komala. 
Last time I was in Australia, I got to hold a real life Komala (their hands are weird - see pic below).
