It’s been years since I last went to Gen Con and out of all the times I’ve gone, I don’t think I ever approached it as a Pokémon-focused trip. Last time I went was back in 2016 or so when Upper Deck re-released the VS System TCG as a LCG model and held a $10k tournament (for clarification, I much prefer the original VS - that game was a treasure).
For those that have been there in recent years, what’s the Pokémon scene like? Myself and a few friends just booked a hotel and are buying tickets tomorrow.
