Hi does anyone know if it is still possible to find the Suicune Black Star Promo from Pokemon 4ever still inside the DVD’s sealed brand new? Does anyone know what the DVD looks like that has it?

I think it has a sticker that has a picture of the suicune on it, but I could be remembering wrong
Still remember buying that sealed here in the UK (PAL R2 obviously) and feeling mugged when I didn’t get the promo inside. Obviously back then I didn’t know about stickers and different print runs.
All of that said, makes me wonder if the R2 versions ever came with the promos in the first place. It wouldn’t be the first time that we got short-changed in Europe!
