Maybe a Kirby that swallowed a Lapras but that’s not a Lapras.
The sprite is quite clearly a Seel. 
The thing is that the sprite doesn’t exactly match the Pokemon Seel either. But @fazool is right, it doesn’t look like a Lapras at all from the other angles.

I’ll let you guys look through the rest of the stuff on your own; one other thing I found interesting is that there’s a link/button that takes you to the US Pokemon center site on the bottom of the page… could this potentially mean that merchandise availability will cross over more in the future? Wishful thinking…

1. Shipping
The shipping (Japan Only) cost 540円(JPY) for orders that are under 5000円. Orders over 5000円 are free.
The boxes comes in custom Pokemon cardboard boxes. It is also possible to choose gift wrapping if you pay an aditionall fee. The shipping time is estimated to be 2-7 days.
2. Limited goods
There are several goods limited to the Pokemon online center, including the extremely nice Kanto Gym Badge set.
-There are also ongoing Campaigns, where if you use more than 5000円, you will get a random 1 out of 3 File/Folder.
-The next campaign (Lasting from 19th of March, to 22nd of April ) Will have a similar system. But instead of Files/Folders, you will get a random 1 out of 3 Mug cup
-For those who shop at the Online shop for the first time, will recieve a Pikachu with Fly and Surf as moves. The campaign will last until 22nd of May, And the serial code will be valid until 31st of August.
3. Point system
Now the point system is where stuff gets interesting . 1% of what you paid will become something called PokePoints. ( Meaning that 10000円 would be 100 Pokepoints). Those points can later be used to play Minigames. If you would win in the minigames, you win special goods. Now it is unspecified about what kind of minigames and what kind of goods one are able to win for the time being. So we just have to wait for more information.

Just a note on the pokemon center website: I believe it is similar to the US site wherein only individuals living in Japan can order. Which means… @japanime it is your time to shine

There’s currently a 20% off deal on all Pokemon merchandise at Toys ‘R Us if anyone’s interested in picking stuff up; this includes TCG products as well and is available online. I dropped by my local one today and picked up the 20th Anniversary Tomy Clip N’ Carry Pokeball w/ Pikachu for ~$12 USD including tax.
I then circled around to Gamestop to pick up the Great Ball + Mew figure which they didn’t have in stock when I went by two weeks ago for the Mew game code. Here’s both of them together:
Guess I got another collection to complete now… the Pokemon Company is gonna rob me blind this year. Gotta catch em’ all…?

the Nendoroid sold out within hours just like last time. but the good thing is all the shirts that we had at the store are up there including the ones we were wearing during the day

I’d guess they would be placed in a box. Similar to the ones from Pokemon Center Tokyo. Those “crossover” plush (I use that term loosely) are for the newly opened Pokemon Center Kyoto.
