Those are mediocre quality figurines, but if that means the price point is lower than that’s a fair trade off.
I agree that something seems off about Ash in particular, but I can’t really put a finger on it. The price isn’t exactly cheap either; they’re on amiami for 4940 yen (~$42 USD) per figure. That being said, these are still the highest quality representations of the anime characters I’ve seen thus far… so for the folks who are interested in that, I’m sure these still have their appeal.

In America, A Red Nendoroid with Charzard, Blastoise and Venasaur will be released, I don’t know when.
And in Japan, they will release a pack with Red and Green (Blue if you prefer, its your rival) and Mew.
Yeah but they look like bobble heads. The Pokémon are legit, but the trainers are whack.

Apparently the surfing sprite is a Lapras?! I always assumed it was a seal or some generic sprite… still not seeing how it resembles Lapras at all.

Those badges are so nice! Cant justify that price tag tho
Try looking at it this way. The three darker spots in the middle are the eyes and nose, also they outline the head. His shield is the dome on top and its belly the dome under. You’ll see it if you try to look for it. Lapras’ lines were to many to lay out with so few blocks.

Hey @ozenigma when do you get your Starter Decks?
They release on the 27th in Japan which means I should have them early March. Expecting a leak in the next week or so.
The contents are a really hot topic in my eyes, especially if they contain the Charizard/Venusaur/Blastoise/Pikachu EX cards like I expect.
That being said, putting them in the (huge) Premium Champions set would make sense. So anxious to find out.
