Update, Item is in the PSA vault now. Took longer to go from ‘item recieved’ to ‘vaulted’ status then it did to actually receive the slab.
I paid 0 import/tariff fees, and had 0 issues. Pokecolor shipped dhl express duties paid so it took about 4 days from shipment in china till the vault received it. Very happy with transaction overall. What i paid is the final ebay order price, no extra

Do you know if this is their policy or did they make an exception for you? Or perhaps it must be over a certain price for them to pay the duties?
I assume it is their policy for items over a certain price. I would not assume its only for me, as I’m definitely not the only one who has purchased from them and had them ship to psa vault.

The reason I ask is because they mention that duties will be applied on every listing.
Under normal circumstances, your item will be shipped within 2 business days after payment.
We only ship packages to your eBay registered address.
Items will be shipped from China, and the delivery time depends on the destination’s customs, logistics, and other influencing factors.
We only provide shipping service to Great China,United States, Australia and Some European & Asian Countries.
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and paying taxes when the goods arrive at the destination customs. Any “item not received” or “refund request” due to the buyer’s refusal to clear customs will not be accepted. Import duties and other additional charges at the destination are not included in the item price.
We can help combine orders sold on the same day and ship out the parcel within 24 hours. In addition, we can also do combine shipping service for orders sold within 72 hours (starting from the sold hour of the earliest order) by request.

I can only speak on what I’ve experienced, and i assume because i had on order in the thousands (perhaps their threshold) or that its shipped to vault which has no taxes, they covered the dhl duty shipping. I didn’t ask for any special favors they messaged me after purchase and told me how it will be shipped, i then asked if that covered tariffs and they said yes, thats it.
