I forget where it was on the forum, but this question was asked semi-recently about someone buying autos from a Pokecolor auction on eBay and what you described is what the user was told from Pokecolor. I’m not sure if the amount they paid changed in the end, but I don’t remember hearing follow up complaints, so any potential price increases may already be baked into the price that you see when you pay.
If you’re able to, it may be worth reaching out to potential sellers and seeing if they have any idea.
Edit Found the post I was thinking of. Mind you, this was in January so information may have changed. It also appears when @gdark made a purchase they shipped it to their vault; not sure if that changes things if you don’t ship a purchase to a vault.

@traineramy I asked pokecolor directly similarly - no tarriffs as the shipping includes the duties in it so i guess they do enough business to offset!

when buying internationally and you want to know if there will be more cost associated with the purchase; click on the shipping tab and it will either say all fees are included in shipping price or buyer will have to pay fees before delivery

this wording makes that a bit confusing for me on ebay’s end: “you won’t pay anything extra after checkout.” because it makes me think that the fees will just be in check out rather the fully included haha but that’s their fault
I’ve bought from Pokecolor this year, it was an expensive $10k+ USD card shipped to my PSA Vault without any import fees whatsoever.
The eBay item page did not specify anything about import fees like it sometimes does, so I actually asked Pokecolor this before bidding. It also seems they’re pretty used to folks shipping directly to the vault.
It took 8-9 days from shipping to showing up in PSA Vault (not fully scanned and vaulted, but at least recognized).
Edit: Ah sorry, didn’t realize you already asked Pokecolor this too.

Unfortunately, this is not always the case. I’ve been hit with import tax (tariffs) when
“all fees was included”, so you can ask the seller to be sure. I think at this point, many sellers have figured stuff out, but you know what happens when you assume:
Makes and “ass” of “u” and “me”
