Pokeball Japanese no set or rarity symbol

This japanese Pokeball had no set or rarity symbol. Does anybody know?

The cards from the Gym decks do not have rarity symbols
ex. bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Hanada_City_Gym_(TCG)

Thank you. What about no jungle set symbol?

It’s a WOTC mistake where they left out the symbol from the template so the sheets were printed without the symbol

Ive seen lots of no symbol jungle cards but never a no symbol pokeball specially one with no rarity symbol.
Would that make it a rare find or just another common error?

The card that you have is worth around 50 cents to 3$

It is not a no rarity. It is in fact, very common as well. eBay has a bunch of listings currently and some sold

There are a LOT of vintage Japanese promos and deck cards that were purposefully printed without rarity symbol.
‘No rarity’ is only relevant for Base set, because that was the first and smallest printrun of Base and got ‘corrected’ afterwards.
Just like Red Cheeks Pika is only relevant in Base because all later Pikas have red cheeks by default, y’know?
