Hey guys, new to this forum. Was looking to see if anyone knew more info on these. I was having trouble finding the exact ones on Ebay sold, so it’s been tough to find any comps. I was going to bring them into a local shop, but I heard the experts are here. I am thinking about grading them, not really thinking I would want to sell them, I just like them for PC. Thank you all, any info is appreciated on the topic.

Hi, welcome to the forum! I believe these are mostly, if not all, fakes/counterfeits. There is a similar thread/question found here. The actual set only has a few prism holos, if I remember right.
I think there was a dedicated thread to this series, but I’m looking for it. I’ll edit the post and link it here if I find it.
Edit: think I was thinking of this thread.

Thank you, I was wondering this as well. I looked into it and couldn’t find anything comparable. It’s crazy that they are some pretty good quality stickers, even for potential bootlegs. If you find more info would love to see. Appreciate it Bobrob

Just linked the topic I was thinking of. It also has a brief section on counterfeits and talks about the prism holos in the sets. I don’t know much about the series itself, but the thread should hopefully make things clearer!
Importantly, it looks like the true prism holos only have one specific holo pattern. Not some of the fancier patterns you might see on the bootlegs.

Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately yes, these are relatively commonly seen fakes. A lot of times when a set like this has multiple varying holo patterns it’s a bad sign. Also, compared to authentic bandai anime set where the cards have copyright info in bottom of the back of the card these only have the year printed there which has earlier been quite an easy giveaway. But nevertheless, compared to other fakes these are indeed quite well made and nothing prevents you from making for example a binder set of them if you enjoy them!
