Its from the neo decks which are a lot harder to come by than the normal bulbasaur / squirtle decks. IMO this card shouldn’t be worth more than 20 euros. I’d just keep an eye out for the Japanese sellers on ebay who sell lots with random stuff in it like this. Thats how I found mine.
Nice card. Yeah I guess around the 10-15 dollars sounds fine for nm.
It’s one of the few cards I’m missing to complete my graded set.

I agree with the others, probably around 10-20 USD. I think I paid around 10 for my own more than a year ago. I haven’t seen one in a while, but I also haven’t paid much attention tbh. Although I look for Pikachu cards on eBay and other sites on a daily basis, I usually skim for cards I don’t have yet and skip these kind of cards.
