What do you think is the reasonable price for it?
Is it also investable? Like would it increase in price or you think something else is worth more investing in?

Nowadays they sell between 15-30 USD depending on condition. Average in NM/M condition they go for around 22.50 USD. The recent sold listings of eBay usually gives some nice information for these kind of questions.I did notice more are for sale now than a couple of months ago. At the time I was looking for one for a friend of mine, and only two were available for sale (both in terrible condition), currently however there are 10+ for sale.
Can’t really answer the invest question, since that’s far away from my expertise.

Blister probably sells for about 75-125
I would think the same for PSA 10 copy of the card

I have sold at least 10 psa 10 copies, and 15+ ungraded; prices are lower today than the past couple years.
