Why were the charges 8000 usd?
Bank wire conversion fees aren’t refundable unfortunately… it was a known risk going in.
Took me a day to wire, and that day was costly
Those fees are not too bad. My bank charges a hefty conversion fee it would be around 2.5% to and fro.
