Someone on reddit posted their Master Set for the Dragon’s Vault miniset a few days ago. I noticed that on Bulbapedia’s Error cards page it mentions that the card was initially printed without the Pokémon Tools below the artwork, but was ten days later corrected. However, neither me nor OP could find any pictures of the corrected Exp. Share version. OP did confirm Bulbapedia’s information by finding the same erratum in a document on the official Pokémon website . Does any of you have it in your possession, or have any pictures of it?

Are you going by the line “On October 15, 2012, this card received an erratum that stated the card should have the rule box, matching the Next Destinies print.”?
Within the game errata or erratum is what is issued to basically say “Play the card this way” and doesn’t refer to the card actually receiving a updated printing.
Some cards that have an errata issued do later receive updated prints (like Electrode from Evolutions) but not all of them do.
I’ve never seen a corrected Exp. Share, or ever heard of anyone having one. Can’t be 100% sure, but I would say it is unlikely that it got an updated print.
Ah, of course. Didn’t thought of that possibility. That indeed seems very likely to have happened here.
