Hey everyone, my names Eli and I’m an owner of a sealed gym challenge booster box. I bought this box on Instagram in about March, since then I’ve found out that there was a corrected version of Charizard more rare than the error version. There was a recent box that sold on eBay and claimed to be the corrected box because it only had one area code on the bottom. I checked mine quickly after I realized I may have scored on this box, and it also had the one code. Just wondering if there is any information on this some of you might have, especially where eBay could have had someone buy their own listing for a high price with that claim to artificially inflate the price.

I also believe this variant box contains the corrected Charizard. I believe this variant box is the standard practice of WOTC when they make a final print run that is different from the previous runs, because Base/Jungle/Fossil also have this variant box.
We know this variant of the Base box contains 1999-2000 booster packs and cards. The Jungle variant probably contains the 1999-2000 made in USA variant of the booster packs (but not cards). I don’t know what the Fossil variant box contains though, maybe 1999-2000 print cards?
