Base Set Booster Pack Variant?

Hi! I have a base set booster pack (charizard artwork) that has a curved Wizard of the Coast Logo on the back, says 1999-2000, and was Made in USA. From what I can tell this seems to be different than most packs, which have a rectangle box logo and just say 1999.

Can anyone give any insight on the details of this variant and its rarity?

Just the last print run base booster pack in the USA. Has non holo 1999-2000 if there’s a holo it’ll be a standard unlimited.
