Outer sleeves as rigid as card savers?

I’m looking for an option for an outer sleeve as thick a card savers to put my $100+ binder cards in just for that extra piece of mind. I tried seeing if I could trim down a CS2, but they are still too wide to fit in side loading binders. Anyone know of a product like this? I feel I’ve gotten something similar in that past on singles orders but can’t immediately find what product they might be.

Clear Dragon Shield classics are somewhat less rigid than Card Savers but are going to be the closest you’ll find. I have all my binder cards in them and they are super heavy-duty. I highly recommend them.

I have all those Lv.X already double sleeved in dragon shields black. Are you saying dragon shield classics are even more heavy duty? I’ve 100% gotten some rigid outer sleeves before that you can barely bend I just can’t figure out who sells them.

Are they the matte Dragon Shields? If so, yes, the classics are somewhat heavier gauge. They were the heaviest gauge clear sleeves I could find, and I looked around a for a while. But if you find a more rigid one, I’d love to check it out.
