Buyer messages me about 2 days after I ship 22 of my items to him saying he doesn’t want them anymore and he wants a refund, they all fit description perfectly, and I do not want to refund. All my descriptions state no refund ETC, am I shit outta luck or no?

Thanks for sharing…
I think you might be able to win the case as long as delivery of the items can be confirmed. The buyer agreed to buy the items, they can’t back out because they changed their mind two days later. I would fight it if you can handle a little stress…
Call ebay and they’ll advise you on the situation. They’ll be able to see he’s already asking for a refund before the cards even arrived. Refund is always the easiest way cuz if he leaves a negative for not refunding ebay will probably just side with him. Even if you state no refunds, ebay will always allow the buyer to refund the item lol. Not exactly a sellers paradise.
What @pokematt said is right, give them a buzz, you’ll get a pretty definitive answer from that and it’ll save you a ton of stress. Unfortunately refunding is almost always the outcome, this is why I’ve learned to stay away from auctions, I just keep my stuff at Buy it Now even if it is slower it just saves me a lot of hassle.
Hope you get it sorted soon, I know all too well how frustrating that can be, ebay really needs to start giving their sellers some rights, awful business model.
Stating No Returns on eBay means nothing. They will force you to take returns. It’s dumb but it’s the price to play on their platform.
This is terrible. Best of luck.
Totally out of luck you are!
I would agree with others the easiest way is to give the refund and re-sell,
Forcing the buyer into keep the items will be difficult, they could try and resolve via eBay and/or PayPal,
Just no point risking your reputation on eBay feedback over this too!
Best of luck
