Hi guys,
I am in a bit of a bind as my company is likely to move to another country within a few months, however I still have 3 submissions with PSA at the moment. One is due to be delivered next month, but the other two still have two more months to go.
Does anyone know if PSA has a flexible enough policy that they can send the cards to a different address if I move in the meantime, or do they exclusively return the cards to the same address they were sent from?

I’m 99% sure you can call and have them ship to a new address.

They will help update your address info. If you’re going from USA to international you’ll have to follow up with email approval and pay more for return shipping.
What I would do if I was you is call customer service and put a hold on all your orders. That way, when they’re completed they will require you to release the hold and at that time you can adjust your shipping address if needed.

I got a submission recently and on the day that I paid and they were about to send I asked if delivery address can be changed. They said it definitely can and I just had to put it in writing and reply to an email the representative sent me while on the phone.
