I feel like it’s a good idea with poor execution
This proved to me how much I love these ex cards. I only did the S+ and S tier. With so many great cards I imagine there will be a very wide range of rankings and little agreement as to what the top cards are. And agree Play/space Mew would be S+. What a great list to choose from, not easy!

I would put play mew at bottom of S+, play lugia closer to the top of S+, and play ho-oh dang near the top of S+.
As always with tier lists, the rows go left to right best to worst. We’ve never done an ex card one so this was great. I will say, I stubbornly rank the delta ex’s at bottom by default because they should never have been considered ex’s when the thing that made them all cohesive, the cosmos pattern and borders, was discarded by the end of the era’s sets. Love them as their own holos, but not as ex’s. Even when a couple of them are great cards in their own right.
Besides that, I would just give the reasoning that koike is amazing and the best ex’s are the dark and void-ey ones.

Elbow drop isn’t enough. Salamence ex in F tier deserves the Tiger Driver '98.

This thread is gonna turn into a cage fight. Some of my B & C tier cards are probably interchangeable but can’t be arsed to give it any more thought.
