Ovechkin deserves it. The caps have had a great team for several years, but they never go deep in the playoffs.
Very interesting series. I don’t even know which team I pick anymore… lol Being Canadian, I should be rooting for the Jets, but I think I’ll stick with Nashville. Their only problem is inconsistent goaltending.
Still doesn’t feel real. I don’t know what to do with my hands, 20 years has been broken. Just worry we aren’t healthy enough without backy and burky for the bolts!

Pretty much had to last night after the game 
. Girlfriend is a penguins fan and doesn’t quite understand hockey aside from “Caps are shit and penguins are the best”. She did not appreciate me letting out 23 years of frustration all over our house after the kuzy OT winner. Also, how about Walker huh? Waived this year, picked up by oilers, waived by oilers and taken right back to the caps to get an assist and was just all over the ice.
Yeah good for Walker, I’m Aussie so I’ve been watching his progress since he moved to the US to play with the Youngstown Phantoms. It was cool to see him play in the playoffs and contribute … hopefully he becomes a regular in the lineup. Trotz likes him but he need more ice time to get better which he wasn’t getting with the caps so he had to get waived back to Hershey.
I refused to get too excited, as I just know the caps and postseasons, but wow caps winning after adversity again and 2 awful calls. Ovi is possessed, caps having fun and all lines look dangerous, ALL WITHOUT Backstrom, are you kidding me? Right right, I am not getting excited.
Also, not to toot my own horn, but looking at my original predictions, I’ve done pretty well.
