Quarterly special was $8. There was a combination of gold stars, 1st edition base, and other holos.
I just submitted for the 45 day turn around and it was pretty much to the T. I’ll post screenshots.
I find the stage system slightly more annoying. Reminds me of Windows 95 ‘Loading’ bar which would jump to 20% in a couple of seconds, and make you wait 10 minutes to process the remaining 80%.
Anyway, regarding PSA processing times, I think they are a good thing for the economic health of the hobby.
For one, they deter flippers as there is no such thing as a quick buck when grading. Secondly, as graded cards drip into the market they get organically absorbed, which prevents dramatic price drops due to oversupply.

My bulk sub has been stuck in stage 4 for to business days. It’s a gimmick
So my bulk order was registered “arrived” on 12/9/19 i received noticed on the 15th that my labels are being printed “stage 5”

Stage 7 for 2 weeks… makes me think they’re reslabbing some of the cards or something.
