No Rarity Japanese Base Set

Hello Efour community. I have tried to do a bit of reading and watched Scott’s video regarding these. I have managed to get a couple Japanese Cards with no rarity, however, does anyone have more of an explanation of the base set no rarity cards? Were they errors? Small print release? Randomly inserted in packs?

I know they can go for a decent price depending on the card; however, besides value, they do seem pretty neat to me.

Trying to get the no rarity base starters at the moment .

Thanks everyone, look forward to hearing from you. Hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years!

Awesome! thank you, how do you search for these!? I was trying too! Thanks again!

I just looked in my post history ^.^

These are rarer than first edition English base set in psa 10.

But still not the rarest and oldest Japanese charizard ever printed

I assume you’re talking about the no number Topsun?

Maybe. Yeah, still no pop 10 worldwide.

Since were on the topic, does anyone know if there’s actually a complete set of these? I’ve been looking out for them for a long time and haven’t seen anyone with more than 60. Often times they’re the same species that others have. I don’t have a list of what exists and might not, but I’m not confident that there’s a full set of these produced.
