The problem is existing threads:

any non-reply will show up as an “entry” unfortunately, even if it’s not the OP. Like the way stagecoach did it above

Are you able to remove the “New Entry” option for members that didn’t create that particular thread?

Can the format be applied retroactively to current collection threads, or would we have to start a new one in this sub-category?

You can move it into this category but the formatting might be off for the reason stated above
