Did anyone else find it strange that they would announce another announcement within their announcement video? That makes me think that it has to be a bigger game since they did not want to diminish the hype for snap(?) Otherwise if it’s just a smaller game, why not just put it in the first announcement (and a small announcement shouldn’t get its own “direct”)That being said, I am hoping for something big. Would love to see Pokemon Colosseum/XD -like games for the switch… unlikely, but i can dream

Gen 4 remake has to be the favorite. I wouldn’t mind a Let’s Go Johto version either. Outside the candy system in Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee, I didn’t mind the game at all, despite some of the removed battle mechanics like abilities and held items.

Pokemon Unite!
Strategic 5v5 moba !

A POKEMON MMORPG! I’m just a dreamer don’t mind me

Idk if this is an mmo but it looks HOT

Who else is let down by the announcement?

I was hoping for Let’s Go Johto. It looks promising, and I’ll more than likely try it out with friends, but not as excited as I was when Snap 2 was announced.

my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

The Big Pokemon Unite MOBA. My dream will remain just a dream once more

Who else thinks they will play a few matches and return to League?

Looks kinda neat honestly. I wasn’t really hoping for anything specific though, so there wasn’t really much room for disappointment.

That was underwhelming to say the least.

I wasnt expecting anything big, so not disappointed at all.

I have no particular feelings on this game, but man, the youtube comment section is tearing this one apart…

Idk if I dislike it, but I find it odd that they decided to make a moba when mobas have been on the decline for a while now.

I definitely had my hopes too high (when will i learn). I’ll probably try out the game though i have never really enjoyed playing MOBA’s. I hope it does well, and that the people who enjoy those kind of games enjoy this one. Just probably not for me. (i’ll be waiting for my Pokemon Colosseum/XD sequels over here if anyone wants to join me)

“Free to Start”
I dislike lootboxes and time gated mobile p2w currencies. I read this is an almost exactly reskinned Tencent moba called Honor of Kings, which has lots of “cosmetic” $$$ incentives.
With the insane cashflows these companies are now getting the quality of games are still the same as they were way back when. The only advances in gaming usually correlates to advancement in computer technology. At least Niantic is putting a lot of their profits back into AR (even if it kinda sucks in its current state).
