[Need info] Sleeves in Beckett Cases - Avoid card movement

If they do that I personally will not buy a single PSA card or grade with them again XD

What is the fuss about a penny sleeve? I’d rather my card be sleeved in the case than rattle around when the case is tilted ever so slightly. The psa cases clearly have extra space left, right, up, and down. So having it penny sleeves would protect the card and take up the extra space allowing the card to rattle around.

The card is stil viewable with a clear penny sleeve, I don’t comprehend when people say it obscures seeing the card

@garyis2000 can you do the PSA card in a paint shaker experiment again and film it so we can just link the video to anyone thinking a rattling card in a PSA case causes damage please

I don’t like the way it looks, as I’ve already stated before. Similar to how you say you “can’t enjoy the holo” due to that tiny gap, despite none of the card being obscured. The card is plenty protected without ugly sleeve inside the case, so just like you “don’t understand why the fuss over a penny sleeve”, I don’t understand why such fuss over wanting extra unnecessary protection over a tiny gap that doesn’t damage your card. Again, there are grading companies that do use sleeves or have less space in their cases. Use them instead of expecting PSA to adjust solely to your aesthetic preferences.

I’m not against how the psa case looks, it’s just some cards when in the case move around.

It is annoying because I would think a card sliding left, right, up, down whenever the case is slightly tilted would cause edge wear over time

It’s not gonna cause damage. People have referred to the paint shaker experiment that Gary has done multiple times. And you keep changing your point between thinking it causes damage (wich has been refuted by multiple people who know more about this stuff than I do), and between “not being able to enjoy the holo” because it moves around.
Beckett uses sleeves in their cases, CGC has much snugger case, wich is basically EXACTLY what you ask for. Again if you don’t like the case look (wether that be because of the tiny space that the card has to move around or anything else) from PSA, and there’s options that do provide what you want, then simply don’t use PSA. Different strokes for different folks.
