This is the Victory Mew card. It is the 2005 copy and was given to the 3rd place winner.
As for pricing I don’t think anyone can determine an exact fair market value, it doesn’t appear and/or sell that often.

This card has approx. 145 copies distributed between 2005 and 2006. There’s no difference between the two cards other than the date at the bottom.
Out of its case, it can range between $250 at its cheapest (that I have seen) to upwards of $650 (at it’s highest). My copy set me back $400 exactly.
In it’s case, you can easily get $700 for it at it’s lowest, to upwards of $1,400 at it’s highest.
A fair price at the moment, calculating that it’s been a few years since I brought mine, would be $800, providing the card is in mint condition (no fading) and the case is also in good condition.
