I bought this cool oversized McDonald’s promotional card and have no clue about it. Could anyone offer some insight please?
I love those promotional cards, any help would be appreciated.

I have no context either, but the item itself provided plenty of hints to search for:
- Apparently something related to McDonalds
- Note how most of the Pokémon listed are from Johto or Hoenn and shown by National dex order except the last few. Collectors who are familiar with films would immediately recognize that the Pokémons listed at the end were cameoed in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew before Sinnoh was introduced, therefore putting this piece in 2005.
Therefore what you are searching are Pokémon writing plates given out by McDonalds in 2005.
