Need help finding rightful owner(s) of PWCC Vault submission

Hi everyone, I recently noticed some unrecognized submissions to my PWCC vault, and I suspect some seller may be mistakenly using my vault address for their shipments as some default address. I’ve contacted PWCC directly and they showed me security footage of the package label which clearly showed the packages were addressed to my name and my vault number, but I am sure I did not purchase the cards. There is a substantial number of graded cards across multiple submissions that I do not recognize, but I have no way of tracking down their rightful owners.

If anyone is missing their PWCC submission or knows someone who is, please post here/DM me. If you can tell me more specifics about the submission (i.e. the number of cards in the submission, PSA certs of the card(s) you bought, tracking numbers, etc.), then I’ll work with you to get the cards back to you.

UPDATE: On the off chance that anyone actually checks this thread sometime in the future, PWCC has transferred all the cards back to the supposed rightful owner. I never heard anything throughout the process. I just checked my vault one day to find that all the cards were transferred to a different vault account.

What about a return address on the label from the footage?

Unfortunately the return address is too blurry to make out in their footage. I can barely make out my name and vault number, but that is in larger font so it’s legible.

Any chance of contacting fedex, providing the tracking number (if you can see it in the footage) and seeing if they can provide the return address?

Maybe even provide the serial numbers to PSA and see if they can check who graded them. This would depend on the person having graded them themselves, but it’s worth a shot.

They may not release customer data to you, but they could probably work with PWCC directly.

Yeah I had the same thought that they won’t release customer data to me, but pwcc also basically said they can’t do anything since it’s addressed to me.

Do they seem to be ebay sales someone is routing to you? Maybe ebay search the item name and grade and see if you can match the PSA serial number?

Scout eBay sold listings for the exact serials that were shipped to your account, then contact the seller to see if he can contact the buyer for you

Yes I have done that but none of the certs matched for at least one of the subs.

I just got another large sub which showed up in my vault today so I’ll go through those and try to find some matches soon.

I’m confused… How are they mistakenly using your vault address and name?

lol that’s crazy. How could someone mess that up so frequently?

Beats me, really. I’ve spent quite a bit of time now trying to fix this mess and I’m not happy about it lol. With PWCC’s slow vault curation times I’m not even sure if the rightful owners are aware their cards are missing yet.

Maybe post one card? Maybe something a bit more unique if possible instead of something like a base set card? It’s hard to know if you’re missing anything because the delay between ordering the item and when it actually shows up

Seriously kudos to you for going through the right channels with this. Major respect. I wish I could provide advice on this but I know next to nothing about how PWCC operates. Hope you find the rightful owner.

Is it possible you have a secret admirer or generous fan?

maybe there’s another vault owner with the same name as you? and somehow pwcc messed up the vault ID number and assigned you both the same?

If its a 1st Ed Charizard or an Illustrator, I think I lost those

I was just going to say this. Yeah, the actual owner probably won’t really look into it for another month as pwcc is taking that long if not more to fully curate.

One card is a PSA graded Houndoom V from Infinity Zone
