For what it’s worth, I made an offer of my PSA 8 1999 Tropical Wind + $25k for a PSA 10 1999 Tropical Wind to 1 of the 3 people on Earth who has one and I was rejected.
Also, 2 of the PSA 9 1999 Tropical Winds are known to be mis-grades, so be careful with those.

Like missed creases? Does this card have some sort of systematic problem with its surface like the English Championship Arena or is it just a coincidence that this card had it happen twice?
I think there’s at least one of the 9s that had a missed crease, yes.
Can confirm there is a Psa 9 wind that used to be Psa 6. I remember the second person it sold to but lost track at this point.

It’s just like that- it was in an envelope of sorts. My copy has two creases/indents in it the same way the English Championship Arenas do.
