Btw, there’s a little mistake in this part of the spreadsheet (regarding Spain Spanish and Latin American Spanish) …
For Spanish Arcanine, ©1999 belongs to Spain and ©1999-2000 belongs to Latin America
So, it’d be:
- ©1999 1st Edition (Spain)
- ©1999 Unlimited (Spain)
- ©1999-2000 1st Edition (Latin America)
- ©1999-2000 Unlimited (Latin America)
In other words, 2 variants per region
And what @packyman says is true. There are 2 variants of ©1999 Unlimited (in the back part of the card, in the word “Pokémon”, in the letter “e”, there’s a variant that has a shadow and other that doesn’t).
You can read more about that topic here
You’d require gambling unless seller is aware of the topic and is willing to take a very good photo of that part of the card … or you find by yourself and check it in person … And if you decide to not include it, that’s normal.
If you’re wondering about which western language cards (that are not English or Spanish) have ©1999 and ©1999-2000
©1999
(All these languages in Base Set are available only with this Copyright year in both 1st Edition and Unlimited)
- French

- German

- Portuguese

©1999-2000
(All these languages in Base Set are available only with this Copyright year in both 1st Edition and Unlimited)
- Italian

- Dutch

- Korean

- T-Chinese

Spanish is the only case that has both Copyright years for cards that are not Rare Holo, but divided in regions (Spain/Latin America)
For Rare Holos, in Spanish the Copyright is 1999 (for both Spain and Latin America)
