I don’t know the history of mtg card prices, but I think the pwcc auction that is ending tonight is producing some eye-opening results.
Some of the big guys are super excited about the results. That Daniel guy from Vintage Magic has been hyping that auction all over social media and youtube.
The result is slightly surprising as it’s only a basic a 9.5, but what’s even more surprising to me is that Mox Jet earning $65k. I know it’s only pop 5, but I never expected it to end that close to the Lotus. The bidding in the end was more than a little suspicious with that 11 feedback person bidding it up from $45k to $65k… I guess we shall see if it gets relisted.
Dan from vintage is annoying for sure but hes gotten better. I think I’m definitely picking up some smpratte lingo in his videos. At least he knows what’s best.
As much as I cringe when I see Dan, his videos are somehow watchable. Poor guy can’t really compare to creepy Rudy in subs though. Too many repeated points.
I think that Quad+ 9.5 alpha ancestral recall was a steal at 28k.
