Charizard Machamp card arrived yesterday to complete this page! I recently made a post about these Vintage Bootleg Vending Sticker Cards here for anyone who is interested in the related community research project: 1996 Vintage Pokémon Japanese Vending Prism Sticker Cards — Move Encyclopedia Community Research
Thank you!
And yes, Narano is a pretty prolific artist: their website (but the site doesn’t seem to be loading for me as of right now)
Here’s another link showcasing their work
Edit: Site working for me again
Brilliant binder pages. Such a clean layout, it’s like a story of evolving art from base set, to CD Promo, to V-Max.
I’ve always feld the CD Promo artwork should have been the original base set artwork. Pure nostalgia.
Finally got the last card I needed today, shiny voltorb. I love the DPPt aesthetic, the cards look so serene.
This project has been a slow burn over the years, but I’ve finally completed my non holo rare / uncommon / common no rarity base set Pokemon with dupes (still missing a few trainers but oh well). One of the last I needed was a Charmeleon!
So cool! Love seeing them arranged like this
The best shiny subset and the perfect way to display them ![]()
FINALLY someone did it. I wanted to do the same thing pairing the non-shiny with the shiny
Thanks! Yeah, this community has helped me appreciate my collection more to the point where now I’m a couple days in from giving into FOMO ![]()
Still lots of cards on my mind, but they’re all so expensive. Being a part of E4 has allowed me to really look and enjoy what I have, while helping me figure out my next goal.
Kanto leaders page complete! Had to come up with a different layout for this one since each leader only has 2 Pokémon.
Bugsy’s page complete too! After making a terrible decision and selling off my grail card into the boom, I am pleased to announce I’ve acquired another Bugsy’s Yanma! The Scizor is a close second.
This is a gorgeous page. So very pleasing to see. Kizuki and her bold lines are so gorgeous. Excellent page and congratulations on finishing it. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers!
This topic is by far the best part to view as collector.
Seeing all those different ways people collect/organize their cards is such a joy for me,
Reminds me I should make time to re-organize a part of my own collection.
One day …
Only a few cards are left for my favourite binder, funny that one of the last ones I needed was little old Caterpie
Congratulations and amazing first post! Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam evolution is one of my all time favorites. Your selections are excellent! 10-out-of-10
Awesome page! Welcome to the forum.
This page really hits my liking, very well thought card choices and placements both regarding card colours and artworks, incredible work!
