So I have a cereludge reverse holo, and I think its missing a layer of Gloss? It feels like sandpaper and was like that even when i pulled it.
They look English to me and TPCi hasn’t made Polish cards in ages

Hello! I found a bunch of these in some bulk I bought a few months back and it’s been difficult to find out what’s going on, but it looks like the top layer is missing?
The left one in the pictures is the one in question and I tried a black light on both where the missing layer isn’t reflecting it back.
What would the proper term to call these errors be when I’m trying to show it to others? Thank you!
