That holo pattern doesn’t exist and as you stated, the set number indicates it should be non holo.

Because of the year? Im not entirely sure when it was purchased. It was in my husbands childhood so around 2000-2007

It’s hard to describe, but the print quality just isn’t great / as sharp as a real card. If you can compare to other cards you have, you might be able to tell side by side (especially the text) As @eeveeteam said the holo pattern is incorrect as well as the set number, it’s fake not a misprint unf…

Fake. Same thing happened to me, bought a card lot at a garage sale and about 50% of the holos were fake. I am impressed by the dedication of counterfeiters in the 2000s

I’ve seen these pop up every now and then.

They’re old fakes. There was also reverse holo’s in the set with the same pattern.
