Hey I am new here and need some opionions.
This card is from a flea market where it was purchased around 2000.
We have recently discovered this Strange poliwrath.
It’s holo with stars, but I can find it nowhere in the internet. The normal version is 60/165 but never holo. Normally the holo would be 28/165.
My local seller also did not recognize this card.
Anyone got any ideas? Is this actually a 25 year old misprint?
I mean e series was 2002-2003. Card is 1000% fake

Im not entirely sure when it was purchased. It was in my husbands childhood so around 2000-2007
That holo pattern doesn’t exist and as you stated, the set number indicates it should be non holo.
It’s hard to describe, but the print quality just isn’t great / as sharp as a real card.
If you can compare to other cards you have, you might be able to tell side by side (especially the text)
As @eeveeteam said the holo pattern is incorrect as well as the set number, it’s fake not a misprint unfortunately.
I’ve seen these pop up every now and then.
They’re old fakes. There was also reverse holo’s in the set with the same pattern.
As others have said, this is a fake card.
Fake. Same thing happened to me, bought a card lot at a garage sale and about 50% of the holos were fake. I am impressed by the dedication of counterfeiters in the 2000s
