Anyone ever heard of the 2007 Japanese promotional mini Pokemon cards that were part of a 7-11 poke ball lottery (mini versions of the Chimchar, Piplup, and Turtwig) from the Space-Time Creation set of the TCG? I have a sealed version of the Chimchar and from what it seems there are not very many out there. From what I understand this was a one or two week promotion at select 7-11 stores in Japan and all I have been able to find is an efourum from 2012. Would love to know if any of you have heard about this or seen them in the wild?
