Can y’all stop being weird. Pokemon is quite literally a game made for and primarily targeted to children. It makes sense that most of the characters in said game are similarly aged children. Relatability sells for all ages, if you can’t relate to any of the characters in a game, there’s a much bigger chance that you won’t like the game. Marnie is just a child wearing a dress with a jacket. It’s so weird how she’s so sexualized because she’s not wearing a full length dress or pants. There’s nothing sexual happening or implied by someone in a dress sitting on a bed practicing smiling with their Pokemon, hello. I should not have to say this but stop sexualizing Marnie just because you can see above her knee you amish nuts

Look at how relatable these underage girls are–this is NOT about sex! I should not have to say this but stop sexualizing these characters when that is clearly not the intention. The premise of your entire argument was that Pokemon is a children’s game and thus there is no intention to sexualize anything. You must have forgotten what you said or are incapable of forming a proper argument. Throwing a nonsensical insult at the end isn’t exactly helping your case either.

However, I must award you some merit as I was expecting a defense of these six cards instead of a walk-back and a low-brow insult. Half-credit is better than none:)

Japanese markets are not influenced by English just as an FYI for anyone thinking the same about snagging Eevee heroes after evolving skies drops.

The Marnie price was definitely impacted by English. The Japanese version basically doubled in price when we found out that it was being removed from the shiny vault for Shining Fates. When this English Marnie product was announced, the Japanese version went down in price as well.

Yeah it’s a trend it seems for characters like her and Lilie to be fronted alot. Not one I’m sure most of us are proud for. Obviously it’s for the plot…

Every time the underage female Full Art Supporters are brought up in a nutshell and how Pokémon deals with it when you’re scrolling for the latest releases. Gets worse when it’s the children characters that are not collected and played by the children but by the adults on here.
